Job Summary:
The Tosca Test Automation Architect / Lead will design, implement, and scale test automation for Oracle Fusion applications using Tricentis Tosca. The role will focus on building scalable automation frameworks, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, validating Oracle business processes and integrations, and driving quality engineering practices. The position will also provide technical leadership, mentor automation engineers, and collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Create maintainable, module-based test suites and enforce automation coding standards, reviews, and reusability.
• Translate Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS business processes across modules such as Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, and CRM into executable test scenarios.
• Validate integrations, reports, security roles, and Oracle patch and regression cycles.
• Deliver 3-4 cycles of test automation for Oracle quarterly patches using Tosca.
• Support Oracle Fusion Custom UI to Redwood migration validation.
• Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
• Enable parallel, headless, and scheduled test executions and integrate test results, dashboards, and quality gates.
• Own pipeline health and stability and troubleshoot automation execution issues.
• Champion BDD, TDD, risk-based testing, test data strategies, and traceability from requirements through defects.
• Drive API testing using tools such as REST Assured, Postman, and SoapUI, along with data validation and cross-browser testing.
• Define test coverage metrics, report quality KPIs, and perform root cause analysis of test failures.
• Lead a team of automation engineers, plan sprints, assign work, mentor team members, and improve automation maturity.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to communicate quality status and automation progress.
• Continuously improve test reliability, coverage, and execution speed.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience automating Oracle business processes across modules such as HCM, Finance, SCM, CRM, and EPM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for enterprise application test automation.
• Experience with Oracle patch impact analysis and regression testing strategies.
• Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or GitHub.
• Experience with Tosca test data capabilities, including TCD/TDS.
• Exposure to accessibility, security, and performance testing fundamentals.
• Strong experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for work management and requirements-to-defect traceability.
• Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring engineers, and coordinating automation activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present quality status to leadership.
• Ability to design and implement scalable TOSCA-based test automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with API test automation using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with service virtualization or data-driven testing.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals for pipeline-based test execution.

Certifications:
• Tricentis Tosca certification at AS1, AS2, or higher is required.
