Full Job Description
This position will be filled by a highly motivated Tool and GSE Specialist with a passion for developmental flight test of a new and revolutionary products contributing valued organizational and management skills . You will work heavily with the program leadership and a wide spectrum of cross-departments to help build a team focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for tool and GSE management, DCMA 8210 procedural compliance, and Asset logistics for the Group 5 program. The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well as all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it. WHAT YOU'LL DO 33 Tool inventory and management which includes daily audits, inspection, and evaluation of tools. 33 Tool and Support equipment periodic inspection and maintenance routines in compliance manufacturers maintenance manuals 33 Organize training sessions for personnel on proper equipment use and safety practices. 33 Schedule regular maintenance and calibration of tools. 33 Ensure proper documentation of usage, maintenance, and repairs. 33 Regularly update the asset management system with status changes. 33 Hazmat management including fluid sampling and analysis. 33 Hangar FOD management and enforcement REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 33 5+ years Aircraft support equipment maintenance experience. 33 Tool control and management experience . 33 Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 33 Proficient with computer use (standard browser, word processing applications). 33 Willing to be multi-capable. Which shall include some electronics troubleshooting and repair. 33 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 33 Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a fast paced, challenging work environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 33 ASE Certification L2 and A9 33 Secret clearance or higher US Salary Range $77,000-$102,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
