Regional Clinic Manager | Tomah (Family Medicine & OB/GYN)

Location: Tomah, WI (On-site)

FTE: 1.0 | Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard weekday clinic hours

Position Overview

The Regional Clinic Manager provides leadership for Tomah Family Medicine and OB/GYN services, supporting a team of approximately 40 staff members across a busy and growing practice. This role partners with physician leadership, regional leaders, and community stakeholders to advance access to care, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. The Regional Clinic Manager plays a key role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery in the Tomah region.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations for Family Medicine and OB/GYN services.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical or healthcare experience demonstrating leadership capability
  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Prior healthcare management experience, ideally in physician practice or ambulatory care
  • Experience in integrated health systems
