Responsibilities

The Commercial Process Management team oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by establishing standardized processes, enabling system support, and providing clear execution guidance. The team monitors critical checkpoints throughout the procurement process to strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent execution across the organization. Responsibilities - Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for transportation and delivery, including supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, procurement strategy development, and project execution. - Design and continuously improve supplier segmentation, qualification, and audit mechanisms; drive cross-functional reviews of supplier performance across key dimensions such as cost, service quality, timeliness, and operational stability. - Partner closely with internal stakeholders to build a scalable supplier management framework, enabling more refined governance, stronger compliance controls, and continuous performance optimization. - Identify gaps and inefficiencies across procurement and operational workflows, and lead optimization initiatives to improve process efficiency, standardization, and digitalization. - Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and policy developments in domestic and international logistics markets, and provide insights to support procurement strategy and supplier management decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. - Solid experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, procurement, supplier management, or process optimization. - Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations, with good knowledge of supplier management methodologies, risk control, and compliance requirements. - Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. - Data-driven and results-oriented, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and sound judgment in balancing efficiency, quality, and compliance. - Collaborative and adaptable team player, with experience working across functions and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
