Responsibilities
Make data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve traffic efficiency and transaction performance across consumer pre-sales, optimizing conversion rates and increasing gross merchandise value on the platform. Perform in-depth analysis to gather insights on user behaviors, motivations and trends during the pre-purchase and decision-making transaction stages. Conduct benchmarking and competitive data analysis and translate insights into strategies to improve user experience, conversion paths, and product recommendation logic. Define key metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the user experience and e-commerce transaction flow. Prepare reports to leadership summarizing key findings, delivering actionable recommendations, and facilitating decision-making. Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and sustainable business growth. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Analytics (any), Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Analytics (any), Statistics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys to validate and analyze customers' needs and transforming them into product requirements; Designing A/B test to run experiment and confirm the potential impact of a new product feature and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product, and designing user adoption funnel to detect user journey frictions; and Presenting product or project strategy, timeline, and status documents to leadership and stakeholders. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141544 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
