Responsibilities
Build day-to-day operations for merchants and sellers on e-commerce platforms. Research market conditions, and assist in the development and execution of mass seller acquisition strategies to meet growth targets. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance acquisition tools and merchant/seller operations; provide data-driven insights for optimization. Monitor and optimize outreach operations, including campaign deployment, product entry point content, and paid ad performance. Collect and analyze acquisition funnel metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Partner with the marketing team to execute acquisition go-to-market strategies to drive seller acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning; Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents; Identifying leading metrics and objectives for marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing campaigns based on analysis results to assist management realize revenue growth and customer retention; Providing marketing project management, including the following: (1) Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; and (2) performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the project standards; and Providing marketing growth strategy, including developing all-channel go-to-market plan and analyzing opportunity size for company's products or product features. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115794 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
