Responsibilities:- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Shifts: Sat - Sun 6am-8pm & Mon 6am-2pm (Training M-F 6am-2pm)
Requirements:- Bachelor's and 5 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience without a degree.
- CompTIA A+ CE
CompTIA Network+ CE - Active TS/SCI w/ FSP required.
Desired Skills:- Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and/or SecOps modules

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
