Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Thermal/Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience
• 7+ years (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in thermal engineering roles
• Expertise in thermal and fluid flow design and analysis
• Proficient in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) techniques
• Hands-on experience in engineering and thermal testing
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and vendors
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) principles

Responsibilities

• Lead product development for commercial refrigerator thermal design
• Enhance communication and collaboration with vendors and suppliers
• Optimize designs using DFM and DFA methodologies
• Conduct engineering design using thermal modeling and calculations
• Perform troubleshooting via DFMEA and root cause analysis
• Design heat exchangers and refrigerant piping for refrigerators
• Optimize airflow and select appropriate fans
• Create and present design reports for approval
• Establish and publish internal engineering standards
