Qualifications

• Degree in required discipline (PT/OT/SLP or PTA/COTA)
• Valid state licensure as PT/OT/SLP or license eligible
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Deep understanding of rehabilitation principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and budgets
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and Medicare

Responsibilities
