Full Job Description
** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Seattle, Washington; Frisco, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; Overland Park, Kansas or New York, New York areas.**

Job Overview
This role coordinates and manages processes and communications to ensure consistency across a broad product portfolio. It leads cross-functional programs and projects focused on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability within the portfolio. The role gathers and analyzes data to create reports and visualizations that communicate key insights to stakeholders. Success is measured by effective portfolio management, timely communication, and support for decision-making across business and technical teams. The work impacts organizational alignment and supports leadership in maintaining portfolio value and delivery status.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end product portfolio management to deliver value and maintain alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support portfolio coordination and communication
  • Supervise portfolio delivery by partnering with managers to provide status updates and escalate risks related to resources and schedules
  • Conduct regular reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and update on portfolio delivery and value realization
  • Provide guidance on portfolio intake, documentation, prioritization, resource allocation, funding, and business realization processes
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, CS, or related field (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience in managing,, assessing, or working in some facet of the project life cycle. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience as a leader and mentor for project teams in a matrixed environment. (Preferred)
  • 7-10 years Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management. (Preferred)


Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
  • Technical Project Management Experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints in a matrixed environment. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $130,400 - $235,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
