Location : Onsite Cincinnati , Ohio The Test Environment Manager will lead environment management activities for a large banking account and serve as the single point of contact for the Bank.
The role will coordinate stakeholders and delivery teams across the United States and India, ensuring that test environments are ready, stable, available, visible, and effectively governed.
This is primarily a coordination, governance, integration, problem-solving, and modernization role. It is not a routine hands-on environment provisioning or configuration position. However, the candidate must possess sufficient technical depth to oversee environment activities, analyze complex issues, define integration solutions, and provide credible recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills - Minimum 13+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Test Environment Management
- Release Management
- DevOps
- Infrastructure Coordination
- Quality Engineering
- Mandatory experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise programs involving globally distributed teams. --
- Experience coordinating delivery across teams in the United States and India to support onshore offshore model.
- Proven experience in a senior client-facing, managerial, or technical leadership role.
- Experience developing API integrations involving enterprise tools and platforms.
- Experience analyzing complex Test Environment Management challenges and recommending appropriate technical and integration solutions.
Primary Skills - Test Environment Management and knowledge in any value stream management tool like Planview (Plutora), enov8 or similar tools

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 122420 to $147413
