"Automation Frameworks (Playwright):-
Advanced proficiency in Playwright for end-to-end testing across web applications.
Ability to design scalable, maintainable test frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven test generation (e.g., natural language → Playwright scripts).
Knowledge of self-healing locators powered by AI to reduce flaky tests.
Familiarity with AI-based debugging and predictive test coverage.
Exposure to AI-assisted visual validation (image-based testing, accessibility checks).
Programming & Scripting:-
Strong skills in TypeScript/JavaScript for Playwrightautomation.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML libraries or APIs into test workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST/GraphQL API testing and mocking strategies.
- Expertise in designing test strategies for distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with test data management, including AI-generated synthetic datasets.
- Strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and scalability of test suites.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of containerized test execution (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with monitoring dashboards and reporting frameworks."

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
