Job Summary - Designs, plans, develops, monitors, and updates electrical circuit and system layouts for electric power distribution - Prepares 2D/3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of moderate complexity for prefabrication and installation - Reviews drawings/documentation of basic to moderate complexity for compliance with project requirements - Performs bulk material take-off analysis and tabulations - Lays out points on project sites used for installation using Trimble Robotic Total Station - Adheres to industry codes and standards - Complies with all company/customer safety policies and procedures - Min. 5 years combined related-experience/education in CAD software - Experience with Revit and BIM - Proficient MS Office (WORD/EXCEL/Outlook) skills - Ability to understand/apply job-related concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, and computer and software operations - Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Thorough understanding of relevant industry standards, including NEC - Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
