About the job you're considering

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Java.
  • Execute end-to-end automation testing for web applications, ensuring high quality and reliability of software releases.
  • Develop automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.


Your role

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to create intelligent test agents.
  • Optimize test case generation - Improve defect prediction and test coverage.
  • Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.


Your skills and experience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product Owners) to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clear documentation.
  • Continuously improve automation efficiency, speed, and coverage through best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to automation standards and design patterns.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery processes by integrating tests into pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $68,911- $161,544.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
