Full Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth across the region. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building capability in others, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering consistent results in a performance-driven environment.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, as the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for translating corporate sales strategy into execution at the territory level by leading a team of Sales Project Consultants, strengthening key customer relationships, and ensuring disciplined, data-driven sales performance.

What You'll Do

Lead Territory Performance and Growth

  • Own overall territory performance including revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory sales plans aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Forecast sales performance and manage budgets with accuracy and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand share and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers in partnership with senior leadership.


Lead, Coach, and Develop a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Project Consultants to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks that drive consistent execution.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development planning to strengthen sales capability.
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support career development and succession planning within the sales team.


Build Strong Customer and Market Relationships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts including builders, developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Strengthen strategic customer partnerships based on long-term value, not just transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the territory.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.


Drive Strategy Execution and Sales Discipline

  • Translate corporate sales strategy into clear, actionable territory execution plans.
  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems and data tools (including Power BI) to manage pipeline and performance.
  • Audit sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reinforce Westeck values and sales standards across the team.
  • Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, reporting accuracy, and sales effectiveness.


What You Bring

  • 7-10+ years of progressively senior experience in sales leadership, including direct management of sales teams.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and gross margin performance.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Experience in construction, building materials, windows and doors, or related industries is an asset.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools (Power BI experience an asset).
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, align, and hold teams accountable.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with day-to-day execution.
