Territory Manager - Oil & Gas

We9re looking for a seasoned Territory Manager who knows the oil & gas space and is ready to lead strategic growth across a high-potential territory. Performance Objectives

  • Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers in minerals, royalties, and private equity
  • Deliver high-impact demos that align with client pain points and strategic goals
  • Manage a robust pipeline and forecast with precision using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term client value
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets and contribute to territory expansion strategy


Competitive Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or energy tech
  • Deep understanding of the minerals and royalties value chain
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing deals of $500K+ annually
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on long-term client partnerships
  • Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement tools

This role is eligible for: Commission

Salary Range: 60,000 - 70,000 base salary/ 60,000 - 70,000 commission USD
