Territory Director, Pro Outside Sales (ICI) - Western Canada

Our expectations

The Territory Director, Pro Outside Sales (ICI) is responsible for leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives (OSRs) across Western Canada, driving profitable growth within the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial (ICI) segment.

This role focuses on developing a high-performing sales team through coaching, accountability and disciplined sales execution. Working closely with Store Managers, District Managers and key business partners, the Territory Director ensures strong customer relationships, pipeline growth and a consistent customer experience across the region.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of OSRs across the Western region.
  • Drive territory growth by increasing revenue, margin, customer acquisition and share of wallet within the ICI segment.
  • Establish a structured coaching rhythm through regular 1:1s, field ride-alongs and opportunity reviews.
  • Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and account portfolio governance.
  • Coach OSRs to engage decision-makers, identify opportunities early in the project lifecycle and position RONA as a trusted business partner.
  • Build strong partnerships with Store Managers and District Managers to align priorities, identify growth opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Stores, Pricing, DDC/DOC, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Marketing teams to support sales execution and customer success.
  • Support strategic customer relationships, participate in customer and job-site visits, and assist in resolving escalated customer concerns.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
