#LI-DNI Responsibilities - Develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., CADIS, DataStage)
- Provide Level 1 production support on a rotational basis (1 PM 9 PM shift, with on-call weekend support every third week)
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and bug fixing for ETL processes
- Monitor and maintain batch jobs and ensure timely execution
- Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve data and process issues
- Participate in release planning and support release deployments
- Document processes, solutions, and incidents for audit and knowledge sharing
- Maintain and enhance job scheduling processes using tools like JAMS or Tidal
- Use tools like ServiceNow and JIRA for issue tracking and change management
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across development and support activities
Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in ETL development and/or support roles
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, analysis, and transformation
- Working knowledge of any ETL tool (e.g., CADIS/Markit EDM, DataStage)
- Experience with batch scheduling tools (e.g., JAMS, Tidal)
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux command-line and scripting basics
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as GIT, Jenkins, or UrbanCode Deploy (preferred)
- Experience with production support processes and incident resolution
- Understanding of release management workflows and tools
- Knowledge of cloud or big data platforms (AWS, Azure, Hadoop) is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset
