Position Overview:
This position is responsible for managing new clinician template builds and the day-to-day management of daily and permanent edits to a clinician's template for all departments. This position consults and advises on template design, changes, and arranges timelines for implementation of new templates. Ensures appropriate decisions are being made when template changes are requested to align with template standards. Processes change requests within expected turnaround times. Assists in template integrity analysis and remediation.
Responsibilities also include management of template related tools such as visit type modifiers, session limits, and care team and subgroup maintenance. This position is also responsible for any changes requested that require other builds by the information systems teams and coordinating with the appropriate teams.

EDUCATION:

HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

1 year of Template Specialist I experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Computer skills, basic mathematics, spelling and English writing skills.

Professional business image according to policy.

Telephone etiquette and positive customer relations skills.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with medical foundation personnel,

medical group physician leaders as well as other entities that support Epic Template functions.

Good telecommunication skills and the ability to handle multiple demands in a calm and efficient

manner is essential.

Ability to be self-directed in work habits and prioritization.

Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow and Cadence applications.

Attention to detail.

Ability to process template changes in a timely manner with little to no errors.

Pay Range is $32.58 to $45.60 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
