TechnologyRecruitment Consultant will lead the internal and external recruiting process by providing efficient and creative recruiting solutions that result in the onboarding of dedicated Fidelity team members. - Create and implement a targeted sourcing plan to proactively source strong candidates with an emphasis on technology talent through a variety of search resources (social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.)
- Assess talent by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and implement appropriate recruitment and selection strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
- Recruit talent across all Fidelity group of companies within Canada and at all levels.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition coordinators who lead the administration and coordination tasks related to recruitment.
- Contribute to important projects and initiatives to advance the talent acquisition function.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years' experience as a recruiter preferably within a corporate environment.
- Prior technology recruitment experience is required.
- Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience.
- The following are considered an asset:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Bilingualism in French/English
- Completion of or working towards the CHRP designation

- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $99,500 to $123,000, based on experience and qualifications.
