About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide oversight into Media Operations, ensuring effective governance of physical media lifecycle activities in alignment with enterprise security and operational standards
  • Ensure execution of physical media control frameworks, supporting secure handling, movement, tracking, storage, and disposition of managed media assets
  • Partner with operational groups, platform engineering teams, and third-party vendors to support the secure, controlled, and efficient management, movement, and execution of physical media assets, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and operational requirements
  • Support risk and control activities, including RCSA, IRM engagement, internal and external audits, and targeted reviews, ensuring evidence is delivered in an accurate, complete, and timely manner
  • Support onboarding of infrastructure products into the Capacity Governance framework, ensuring alignment with governance requirements, processes, and enterprise standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align capacity-related initiatives with business requirements and technical capabilities
  • Ensure capacity governance controls and processes are consistently executed, supporting compliance with regulatory and audit expectations
  • Define and maintain component-level server metrics for capacity management reporting and analysis. Identify opportunities to improve reporting infrastructure
  • Partner with infrastructure, engineering, and risk teams to support execution of Capacity Governance activities, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and operational requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including identification of automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness
  • Support executive reporting and stakeholder communications, providing clear visibility into operational performance, risks, and key priorities.


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure or IT Governance
  • 2+ years of experience supporting process execution, control frameworks, or operational governance functions within a regulated or risk-controlled environment
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors to support delivery of operational or technology services
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, or compliance activities, including evidence gathering, control execution, or engagement with internal/external audit teams.


Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+years of experience in Operations, Process automation, machine learning engineering, data engineering, Software engineering, and building pipelines automation
  • Experience executing control activities within physical media operations, capacity governance or infrastructure governance environment
  • Experience supporting Physical Media Operations as well as Capacity Governance Processes including reporting, monitoring and breach management
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or compliance efforts across operations as well as technology infrastructure or product teams
  • Recent and demonstrated ability to influence Subject Matter Experts on technical or business solutions
  • Experience in partnering with developers and architects from other teams to build solutions and resolve system and business problems
  • Experience in leading / facilitating analysis of current systems and problem identification and resolution
  • Experience with configuring and supporting applications to measure capacity and performance modeling for server/server less assets and network devices in advanced capacity planning and modeling tools such as Helix Continuous Optimization or TrueSight Capacity Optimization by BMC
  • Understanding of Agile practices and ability to work with Agile teams to define and track user stories.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
