LOCATION | Texas

REPORTS TO | Director of Engineering

Our progressive Team of architects, engineers, and designers?in our?Austin, TX?office seeks a talented?Technology Designer?with experience in team leadership, direction, design, coordination, technical execution/oversight, and client relationships to start an exciting new service at O'Connell Robertson. Experience with Educational (K12 and/or Higher Education) Healthcare / Commercial / Institutional markets is a plus.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT O'CONNELL ROBERTSON....

  • Act as a client advocate.
  • Be a subject matter expert who can present design options to our clients.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop designs for data distribution, audio/video systems, and security systems.
  • Develop project scopes of work and manage budgets.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead meetings with the client, as needed during the design phases of the project.
  • Produce designs in Revit. Create technical designs and specifications.
  • Work with O'Connell Robertson AEI team mates to coordinate designs and quality assurance.
  • Oversee provide quality control of installed infrastructure.
  • Mentor growing designers.
  • Develop and manage schedules.
