You'll partner with leadership, finance, and engineering groups to facilitate the efficient handling of budget and spend planning and analysis. As a valued team member, you'll assist with ambitious projects, establish financial targets, and successfully put solutions into practice that produce impactful outcomes.
This role is in the Lehi, Utah office.
What You'll Do- Develop a deep understanding of the business by partnering with leaders, providing financial modeling, and offering critical insights on business initiatives and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and technical teams on budget planning, spend monitoring, and solutioning budgetary gaps.
- Lead organizational spend forecasting, budget preparation, expense oversight, and support month-end close activities and reporting requests.
- Build data-driven models to identify strategic opportunities and drive business decisions.
- Partner with business owners and finance to confirm accurate cost depiction in forecasts and budgets.
What You Need to Succeed- Solid grasp of accounting principles such as Capex, Opex, and forecasting.
- Experience in maintaining effective internal relationships across multiple functions.
- Adaptability to change and a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving multiple tasks to completion.
- 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in spend management and procurement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology, or equivalent experience.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,900 -- $183,975 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
