Techno-Functional Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable, efficient system solutions.

ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Functional Analysis- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support business process mapping and optimization initiatives
Technical Solutioning- Design and implement system configurations and enhancements
- Partner with development teams to build, test, and deploy solutions
- Provide technical expertise in system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions
System Support & Maintenance- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Manage change requests, upgrades, and releases
Stakeholder Management- Communicate effectively with business users, developers, and leadership
- Provide training and documentation to end-users
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Data & Reporting- Analyze data to support business decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 - 7+ years' experience in a techno-functional, business analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems
- Experience with system implementations and integrations
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and reporting platforms
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with APIs, data migration, or workflow automation
