Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsivities:- Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)
- Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers
- Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance
- Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework
Basic Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems)
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation teams
- Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)

- Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance
Salary: $35/hr to $50/hr depending on experience
