What You Will Do:Develops, updates, and maintains technical, operational, and user-facing documentation supporting project activities and system implementations. Translates complex information into clear, accurate, and accessible materials tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Supports knowledge transfer, training, and documentation governance efforts.
Develop and maintain clear, accurate, configuration-controlled documentation for FMBT interface development, data conversion, data cleanse, testing, transition, training, release, and sustainment activities. Create/update ICDs, DCPs, RTMs, Data Dictionaries, source-to-target mapping documentation, test plans/scripts/results, SOPs, runbooks, training materials, operational documentation, release artifacts, stakeholder briefings, and knowledge-transfer materials; support documentation traceability, Section 508 accessibility compliance, configuration control, and quality reviews.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"
- Bachelor's degree
- ONE (1) or more years of experience in technical writing, documentation governance, translation of complex information for technical and non-technical audiences, and/or knowledge-transfer support.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe, federal IT, Section 508, Confluence/SharePoint/Jira, data mapping, system documentation, operational procedures, test documentation, and/or release/change documentation.
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
