Job Summary

We are seeking a SeniorProfessional Business Analyst to lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex workflows, apply lean/re-engineering methodologies, design metrics, and facilitate change to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization & Execution: Independently scope, plan, and execute complex process improvement initiatives across diverse business functions.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving: Map and evaluate existing workflows, using root-cause analysis to pinpoint operational bottlenecks, performance shortfalls, and inefficiencies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Assemble, facilitate, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-impact business solutions on time and within scope.
  • Data & Performance Measurement: Establish advanced operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to track process efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Advisory: Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering (BPR) techniques to enhance quality, speed, and overall performance.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations, control plans, and methodology frameworks to key stakeholders.
  • Mentorship & Mentoring: Guide, train, and coach junior Business Analysts in process methodologies, data tools, and problem-solving techniques.

Job Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, operations management, or process engineering.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in business analysis frameworks, process re-engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and quantitative data analysis.
  • Project & Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end improvement projects independently.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with a data-first approach to diagnosing operational challenges.


Annual Pay Range:
77,700 - 90,000 USD
