Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and support documentation for the Project Management Plan, career progression models, consolidated recommendations, implementation strategy, and implementation roadmap.
Document stakeholder engagements and support preparation of briefings and presentations for Workforce Planning leadership, the CHCO, and executive-level personnel.
Develop and finalize requirements documentation, supporting user documentation, and documentation associated with career progression tools.
Develop training and support materials, including user guides, job aids, briefing materials, frequently asked questions, supervisor guidance, and recorded training content.
Prepare and support interim briefings, consolidated recommendation presentations, technical reports, executive briefings, and final reports.
Support preparation of post-deployment evaluation summaries and monthly progress reports.
