Full Job Description
Position is contingent upon contract award. FYI is seeking a Contract Manager to lead an independent assessment and metrics evaluation of a federal law enforcement agency's time-in-stage, time-to-hire (T2H), and yield rate methodologies, supporting the agency's human resources function in Washington, DC. Key Responsibilities - Review current agency methodologies for calculating time-in-stage, T2H, and yield rates, including documentation, data sources, and stakeholder interviews - Benchmark agency methodologies against federal and industry best practices - Assess the effectiveness, accuracy, and data integrity of current metrics - Develop data visualizations and executive-ready presentation materials (dashboards, funnel charts, trend analyses, briefing slides) - Provide recurring metrics evaluation and reporting support throughout the period of performance - Maintain and update dashboards and visualization products as directed by the client's project lead - Support implementation planning for any approved recommendations - Prepare and support periodic leadership briefings - Develop the Project Work Plan and lead a kickoff meeting within 10 working days of award - Prepare the Initial Assessment Report, Benchmarking Analysis, Draft Final Report, and Final Report per the deliverables schedule Requirements & Qualifications - Master's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce analytics, human resource metrics, automation, or process improvement within a federal or large organizational setting - Demonstrated expertise analyzing hiring processes, including time-in-stage, T2H, and yield rate metrics - Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership using clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations - Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or Government-approved equivalent tools preferred - Experience providing recurring metrics reporting, trend analysis, and performance measurement support in a federal or large organizational environment preferred - Experience conducting benchmarking studies and developing actionable recommendations based on industry standards - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership - Familiarity with federal hiring practices and relevant regulations preferred - US. citizenship required; must be able to pass a federal Suitability Assessment - Ability to work a hybrid schedule with intermittent onsite access to the client agency's headquarters building in Washington, DC - Ability to travel CONUS and within the National Capital Region (NCR) as required Location: Onsite, in Washington, DC FYI's Benefits/Incentives: What is in it for you? - Opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule - A knowledgeable, high-achieving, diverse, experienced, and fun team - The chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and the next success story - A competitive base salary with a loaded benefits package plus 401K - Tuition/education assistance, personal computer allowance, pet insurance
