Full Job Description
Insight Global's client in the Construction space is searching for a Technical Training Manager to join on a Full-Time basis, who will be responsible for the following:
Build and run technical training programs that support civil construction projects.
Figure out where skill or knowledge gaps exist by assessing training needs across the team.
Create and update training materials-like manuals and presentations-that match industry standards and company goals.
Track how well training programs are working and tweak them as needed to improve results.
Make sure all training follows safety rules, regulations, and industry best practices.
Use tech tools and online platforms to make training easier to access and more engaging.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and HR to ensure training supports both company goals and project needs.
Keep detailed records of training sessions, certifications, and employee progress.
Manage the training budget, finding cost-effective ways to deliver high-quality programs.

Required Skills & Experience

A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, education, or something similar-or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of experience doing technical training in construction, with solid knowledge of civil construction and 2+ years in a teaching or training role.
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with learning management systems (LMS).
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites when needed.
