This Position reports to:
Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop course materials and deliver technical training to customers, either in the classroom or on-site. Each day, you will be responsible for post-training activities such as collecting course feedback, implementing corrective actions to course materials and equipment, and ensuring all documentation is updated. You will also showcase your expertise by guaranteeing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through training delivery.

This role is contributing to the Customer Service in the Robotics business in Mississauga, ON.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Preparing and delivering training courses in classroom or on-site and following up on post- training day activities.
- Developing course material for classroom and on-site training in your own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material.
- Supporting Field Service team and other teams/units, when necessary, using their own expertise in technical support tasks and roles.
- Facilitating in course administration through making arrangements and answering enquiries and proposals for training courses.
- Supporting continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to training courses, methods, and materials
Qualifications for the role - Proven experience in delivering technical training to customers, technicians, or internal teams (ABB Robots).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to design and deliver training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
- Hands-on experience with robot installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, or maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to support and guide end-users.
- Experience with virtual training tools, simulators, or digital learning platforms.
While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $89,400 and $131,120 annually. T his position is a replacement of a current role.
