Responsibilities

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. He or she serves as an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis. The expert TTA is expected to positively support a blended government and contractor team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor's and 8 years of experience, or Master's and 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent to the below criteria
  • At least 6 years creating targeting deliverables, written assessments, and oral presentations with minimal to no supervision;
  • At least 3 years working across the intelligence community

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with emerging technology
  • Proficient with targeting tools and data sets
  • Experience leveraging technical and cyber capabilities to apply to data and mission requirements


Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
