Job Description

The Technical Specialist will be a key member of the Network Services team, offering technical support and expertise in a fast-paced operational environment. They will play a vital role in resolving incidents, managing network changes, and providing mentorship to junior team members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in wireless network design, configuration, and deployment, with a focus on Aruba and Cisco solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve high-priority incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage incident tickets, provide technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and recommend improvements for network design.

Qualifications

  • Certifications such as ACCP, ACMA, or ACCX are highly desirable.
