We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Specialist (Meeting Equipment Setup) to join our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) group. ETS leads the delivery of technology infrastructure services across the organization, including data processing centers, networks, mainframes, servers, end-user technology, and meeting technology services. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of live streams, high-visibility meetings, events, and audiovisual technology services. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, experience with audio and video production, and a customer-focused approach to troubleshooting and support. This includes supporting scheduling, equipment setup, and operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, video conferencing tools, and related systems.

Position Responsibilities:- Manage and support the production of live streams and events.
- Monitor complex and high-visibility meetings to help ensure a seamless experience for participants.
- Respond to critical issues requiring high-priority meeting support.
- Resolve escalated meeting scheduling and room reservation issues.
- Assist with testing video conferencing and audiovisual equipment for new room setups and relocations.
- Respond to support requests received through trouble ticketing systems, email, and SMS alerts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video conferencing and audiovisual equipment.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new meeting technology and audiovisual initiatives.
Required Qualifications:- 3 or more years of experience with Information Systems, Television, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in a technical support or technical customer service position.
- 3 or more years of experience with implementation, administration, and support of audiovisual and other broadcast technologies.
- Experience with video conferencing and related hardware and software.
- Experience with video recording and streaming solutions, video and audio editing, and production.
Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of networking and video/VoIP protocols and their implementation.
- Experience resolving systemic and end-user issues in a VoIP/video network in a customer-facing environment.

Salary range is expected to be between$73,350.00 USD - $122,250.00 USD
