ABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, with a specialized focus on building our critical
Supply Chain Organization. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build robust pipelines for key procurement, supplier industrialization, and logistics program management roles, ensuring we can deliver advanced defense technology at scale and at speed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:
- Product Sourcing Engineering (focusing on new product introduction, component selection, and technical supplier engagement).
- Global Sourcing and Category Management (strategic sourcing, cost reduction, supply base optimization across international markets).
- Supplier Industrialization Engineering (ensuring supplier manufacturing readiness, quality, and scalability for critical components).
- General strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain analytics.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication, effectively conveying Anduril's mission and the impact of our opportunities.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality talent for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Collaboration: Partner effectively with recruiters to understand specific role requirements, strategic procurement goals, and align sourcing strategies with broader operational objectives.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
- Supply Chain Acumen: Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics. Familiarity with roles like Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, Supplier Industrialization and Engineers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions about strategy.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced supply chain environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
- Resilient & Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.

US Salary Range
$113,000-$149,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
