What You'll Do- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, events, and more
- Screen inbound applicants and conduct initial screens to assess fit and interest
- Coordinate and schedule your own candidates while keeping your ATS data clean
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and align on priorities and timelines
About You3 - 6 years of recruiting experience. Your strengths:

- Good judgment on candidate quality
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Comfort in ambiguity
Nice to Have- Experience with go-to-market hiring
- Closing experience
- Familiarity with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever (we use Asbhy)
- Genuine interest in physical AI, robotics, rocketships or any kind of hardware development
