THE ROLE

Talent Research Associate

Quince is looking for a Talent Research Associate to help fuel one of the fastest-growing talent teams in the industry. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, map, and engage exceptional talent across a wide range of business functions.

You'll be responsible for building the top of the recruiting funnel through market research, talent mapping, and sourcing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving talent puzzles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by uncovering exceptional people before anyone else.

Talent Research Associates play a critical role in helping us build world-class teams. You'll have the opportunity to work across every part of the business, influence hiring strategy, and develop into a recruiter or sourcing leader as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Build proactive talent pipelines across Product, Engineering, Corporate, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and other business functions.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive landscapes.
  • Research talent markets, competitor companies and talent pools
  • Build market intelligence to enable recruiters and hiring leaders to find exceptional, high-performing talent; Surface market insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring trends to recruiting partners.
  • Leverage data and market intel to develop strong opinions on top feeder companies, schools and candidate backgrounds.
  • Support high-priority executive and hard-to-fill searches with deep research and talent intelligence.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 0-4 years of experience in a professional environment, with a preference for backgrounds in recruiting research, sourcing, executive search, or a related analytical role (relevant internships count)
  • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly understand new industries, functions, and talent markets.
  • Excellent research skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying patterns to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft thoughtful outreach.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Bias for action and willingness to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong ability to think creatively about where exceptional candidates come from.
  • Ability to learn new functions quickly and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Operates with urgency while maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Enjoys partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to solve difficult hiring challenges.


All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range

$80,000-$110,000 USD
