Agilus is recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative in the industrial equipment sector based in Northern Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on prospecting, developing new business, and managing a long sales cycle. You'll work with customers across a variety of industries, leveraging your technical aptitude and consultative sales approach to drive equipment sales, expand market share, and build long-term client relationships throughout the region.

A typical day:
- Prospect aggressively to identify and develop new business opportunities across Northern Alberta
- Manage a sales territory and execute strategic plans to increase market share and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular in-person customer visits
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals and technical solutions to clients
- Maintain accurate sales activities, pipeline updates and customer records within CRM systems
- Collaborate with service, operations and internal support teams to maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 2+ years of industrial equipment sales experience, preferably within compressed air or related industries
- Possess a strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of business development success
- Utilize CRM platforms and technology tools effectively to manage sales activities and opportunities
- Manage extended sales cycles and maintain momentum through ongoing customer engagement
- Travel extensively throughout Northern Alberta, including overnight travel as required
- Build lasting customer relationships through strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
