Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-10+ years of experience in data center power systems, semiconductor/power IC ecosystem, or technical sales/business development in power solutions.
• Strong understanding of DC-DC conversion topologies, including buck, LLC, IBC, and multiphase.
• Experience with 48V data center architectures and rack-level power design.
• Prior experience working with hyperscale or cloud customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for hyperscale accounts, engaging with teams like Meta's data center infrastructure.
• Support power initiatives related to Open Rack Units, focusing on power shelf and busbar strategies.
• Drive adoption of Delta's 48V-to-12V DC-DC conversion solutions, such as Intermediate Bus Converters and Point-of-Load architectures.
• Identify opportunities in rack-level and board-level power distribution.
• Build relationships with semiconductor partners, including power controller and PMIC vendors and GaN/SiC device manufacturers.
• Align Delta's solutions with chipset manufacturers such as Infineon and Texas Instruments.
• Track trends in hyperscale data centers, providing insights on 12V to 48V architecture migrations and AI-driven power density increases.
