Technical Sales Advisor - Oil & Gas

Location: Midland, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Advisor with a strong background in the oil and gas industry to support sales growth by providing technical expertise, client engagement, and solution-based selling. This role bridges engineering and sales, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet operational and performance needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical expert supporting sales initiatives across oil & gas clients
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to design customized solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend equipment, systems, or services
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with technical specifications


Required Qualifications
