Full Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter at Carbon Robotics, you will be a true talent partner to engineering leadership to hire our most important technical roles across the company. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML engineering roles. This position is based in Seattle with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office. What You'll Do • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations for key technical roles. • Identify and attract passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies. • Evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Carbon Robotics' mission. • Work closely with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring strategies. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs. • Represent Carbon Robotics at industry events and ensure a positive candidate experience. • rack key hiring metrics and optimize recruiting strategies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity - paying employees equitably for similar work.
