About the roleAs a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will:
- Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines (engineering, G&A, operations, and research)
- Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
- Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment
- Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience
- Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates
- Establish best practices and help define Nudge's recruiting strategy as we grow
About youWe are looking for recruiters with at least 5 years of experience. Regardless of career level, you should have:
- Technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers
- A proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets
- Strong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidates
- Excellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company mission
- A self-starter attitude with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High integrity and strong professional judgement
