Job Title: Technical Recruiter II
Job Description
This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting and technical sourcing for a devices-focused team, including identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. The recruiter conducts interviews, checks references, makes offers, and supports new hire orientation, while also managing employee status changes and exit interviews. The position requires extensive experience in recruitment and sourcing, strong judgment to plan and accomplish hiring goals, and the ability to work creatively and independently. The recruiter may lead and direct the work of others and typically reports to a unit or department leader.
Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified technical candidates, with a focus on roles within hardware and related technical disciplines.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers, and guide candidates through the acceptance and onboarding process.
  • Support and conduct new employee orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Perform exit interviews and document feedback, while processing changes in employee status accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to attract and engage top technical and hardware talent.
  • Rely on extensive recruiting experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish hiring goals within agreed timelines.
  • Perform a variety of recruiting and administrative tasks related to talent acquisition and employee status changes.
  • Lead and direct the work of other recruiting or sourcing team members when required.

Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sourcing, focusing on recruiting for technical roles.
  • Proven experience in hardware sourcing or recruiting for hardware-related positions is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated background in recruiting, including candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ability to conduct thorough reference checks and evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
  • Experience preparing and presenting employment offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan and accomplish recruiting goals independently.
  • Familiarity with common recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures used in technical and hardware hiring.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
