Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for 10-15 technical requisitions concurrently.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and align on evaluation criteria.
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews for qualifications and culture fit.
  • Coordinate technical interview loops and assessments for candidates.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Leverage ATS and AI tools for enhanced recruiting efficiency.
  • Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.

Full Job Description
Reports to: Head of Talent Acquisition

Location: All other Canada & US (Remote)

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close - for 10-15 concurrent technical requisitions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, whether you are hiring a Director-level AI/Analytics leader or an entry-level IT contributor
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across the portfolio to define requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and drive hiring timelines
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess technical qualifications and culture alignment
  • Coordinate interview loops including technical assessments and coding challenges, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and interviewers
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings across brands
  • Leverage ATS tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiting efficiency and data quality
  • Promote CSC Generation's employer brand and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience at every touchpoint


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally supporting a multi-brand or portfolio organization
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit across role types and levels - from entry-level IT/product to Director-level AI/Analytics and Engineering leadership - with calibrated sourcing and evaluation for each
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from brand presidents to first-time hiring managers
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams, delivering a consistently positive candidate experience
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting technology; curious and quick to adopt new tools including AI-enabled workflows
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts with the ability to learn role-specific requirements quickly and assess fit across different talent pools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage 10-15 concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality and navigating ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
