Your work will help keep ownership clear, issues moving, and customers informed throughout the service lifecycle.
What You'll Do
  • Manage multiple telecom support initiatives, customer requests, escalations, and related projects from intake through resolution.
  • Maintain project plans, action items, dependencies, timelines, ownership, and status reporting.
  • Prioritize work based on customer impact, urgency, dependencies, and business needs.
  • Coordinate service handoffs, changes, service-impacting issues, escalations, and other support activities with the CORE Support team.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, document them clearly, and coordinate the actions needed to resolve them.
  • Coordinate work across CORE Support, network and telecom engineers, internal stakeholders, vendors, carriers, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that define and communicate service level objectives for the CORE Support team.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about service status, priorities, risks, timelines, ownership, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and support records so teams can act on current information.
What We're Looking For
  • You can manage several priorities at once while maintaining clear ownership and reliable follow-through.
  • You communicate directly and include the information others need to make decisions.
  • You use sound judgment to prioritize work based on customer impact, urgency, risk, and dependencies.
  • You identify problems early and bring practical options for resolving them.
  • You work effectively across technical teams, customer-facing teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • You follow established processes for mission-critical work and raise risks when they could affect service.
  • You take responsibility for commitments and keep customers and teammates informed when priorities or timelines change.
What You'll Bring
  • 4• 7 years of relevant experience in project management, service delivery, technical support coordination, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating complex technical projects or support initiatives across multiple teams and external providers.
  • Working knowledge of telecom or network services, support processes, vendor responsibilities, and escalation paths.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, dependencies, action items, risk tracking, and status reports.
  • Experience with project, service management, ticketing, or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A bachelor's degree in a technology or business discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
