About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Product, the Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning and releasing new product features, managing tasks and resources, and interfacing with Product and Engineering teams across the entire Match Group portfolio of brands.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Drive process and workflow for the Core Platform team, providing day-to-day management of platform-specific projects, timelines, and releases.
  • Deliver project goals on schedule by effectively leading project planning, resource management, stand-ups, and retros. Manage the backlog, prioritize new requests, and map dependencies between project tasks
  • Coordinate project integrations with cross-functional Match Group teams and product leads at properties across the globe; establish effective communication, monitor progress, and report status updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Analyze business processes and system performance, identify improvement opportunities across the organization.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding progress, issues, and plans for resolution; ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

  • Expert working knowledge of Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to identify and gather the right level of information and data to effectively prioritize tasks and resources. Seamlessly assess, prioritize, and integrate new information and requirements into project plans
  • Collaborative nature; a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence outcomes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and completion
  • Experience working on B2B2C Platform initiatives preferred
  • Ease with building trust with cross-functional stakeholders through integrity, honesty, authenticity, and drive.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness and perseverance in complex and constantly evolving environments.


$ 75000- $95000 a year

The compensation range listed above is representative of the base salary offered.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, Canada. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city, state, and country), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
