Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure

Project Manager II

UST is searching for a Technical Project Manager who will lead end-to-end infrastructure activities for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

The opportunity:
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget
• Plan and oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments
• Manage server, storage, network, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements
• Coordinate provisioning and configuration of development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities

What you need:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise infrastructure programs
• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Proven track record managing large-scale digital transformation and migration programs
• SAP & Technical Expertise
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration and SAP S/4HANA architecture
• Deep knowledge of HANA Database Platforms and their infrastructure requirements
• Comprehensive understanding of Infrastructure and Cloud Services
• Expert-level knowledge of Network and Security Architecture
• Experience with multiple migration strategies:
• Greenfield approaches
• Brownfield approaches
• Hybrid approaches
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities
• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge
• Experience with major cloud providers:
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon AWS
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Understanding of server, storage, network, and database infrastructure management
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, backup, and recovery capabilities
• Expertise in scalability, performance, and availability architecture
• Familiarity with compliance, security, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of identity and access management and cybersecurity controls
• Project Management & Delivery Skills
• Expertise with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Advanced project planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities
• Strong timeline and dependency management experience
• Experience with cross-functional team coordination and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven vendor and service delivery management experience

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
