We are currently seeking a
Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead (FTE / Onsite) to join our team in
Charlotte,
North Carolina (US-NC),
United States (US).
Day-to-Day Job Duties: - Technical Project Manager(What this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across business and technology teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, architects, developers, and Product Owners to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives, and release planning.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technology plans and facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business outcomes and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution dependencies, architecture considerations, implementation challenges, and delivery risks.
- Maintain project governance, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, action items, and executive reporting.
- Proactively resolve risks, issues, impediments, and cross-team dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement across Agile practices, project delivery, and team execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and key actions.
- Take end-to-end accountability for successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or Technology Delivery.
- 5+ years managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or SAFe.
- 4+ years managing project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- 4+ years collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, developers, Product Owners, and leadership.
- 3+ years using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project/Agile management tools.
- 3+ years managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, and vendor dependencies.
- 3+ years working across the SDLC, including application development, system integration, APIs, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience with AI-enabled technologies, automation, Generative AI, or emerging technology initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in risk, issue, dependency, change, and stakeholder management.
- 4+ years preparing project plans, status reports, RAID logs, executive dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- 3+ years driving delivery improvements, Agile maturity, or process optimization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or other recognized Project Management/Agile certification.
- Experience leading AI, GenAI, automation, data, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
- Technical knowledge of Java, APIs, cloud platforms, data platforms, or modern web technologies.
- Experience with executive-level reporting, dashboards, roadmaps, and portfolio management.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide programs or multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
- Experience mentoring project managers and promoting Agile delivery best practices.
#LI-NorthAmericaNTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $129,750.00 - $216,250.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
