Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex cloud modernization and transformation programs, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires partnering with and influencing multiple engineering, product, and business teams across the organization. The successful candidate will proactively identify bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business priorities with technical constraints, and drive successful outcomes in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Execution- Own program planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, budget tracking, and overall execution.
- Lead large-scale cloud modernization and transformation initiatives from concept through deployment.
- Build and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestones, dependency maps, and delivery plans.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, cybersecurity, and leadership teams to achieve committed objectives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies through proactive management.
- Ensure delivery of technical solutions that meet quality, security, compliance, and performance requirements.
- Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when needed to maintain timelines and objectives.
Stakeholder Management & Communication- Serve as the central point of contact for program communications.
- Provide executive-level updates, status reporting, and decision-ready briefing materials.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve technical and program-related conflicts.
- Build strong partnerships across business units and influence teams without direct authority.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Planning & Analysis- zTranslate business challenges into actionable technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics, including:
- Cost savings
- Operational efficiency
- Delivery velocity
- Quality improvements
- Decision-making effectiveness
- Evaluate trade-offs and support data-driven decision making.
- Contribute to long-term technology strategy, capability roadmaps, and resource planning.
- Balance strategic objectives with tactical execution requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead matrixed teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor teams on program management best practices, execution discipline, and requirements quality.
- Drive organizational alignment to achieve business and technology transformation goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management across cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience leading Cloud Transformation or Cloud Modernization programs.
- Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional technical programs from concept to production.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, metrics, and performance measurements to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
Technical Competencies- Strong understanding of:
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 to $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
