Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale product development efforts across multiple agile teams. You will be responsible for orchestrating agile release trains, coordinating
cross-team planning and execution and ensuring delivery against strategic business goals. This role bridges
the gap between product, engineering, and operations, driving alignment, transparency, and high-quality
execution.

Organize and align work to releases across the organization, facilitating Quarterly Planning, system
demos, inspect & adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums.

Lead end-to-end program planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple scrum teams and
stakeholders.

Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure feature roadmaps align with
delivery capacity and business priorities.

Manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across teams and external partners.

Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, team velocity, and planning predictability.

Ensure transparency and communication across executive stakeholders through roadmaps,
reporting, and regular updates.

Coordinate release readiness and milestone tracking (code complete, UAT, deployment, launch,
etc.).

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or agile delivery roles
Background in multi-media industry (streaming/ entertainment, sports, news) or consumer digital products
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
Experience managing software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Adept at using project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Lucid, Smartsheet)
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work closely with architects and engineers
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), or microservices architecture.
Experience with OKRs, product operations, and value stream mapping
SAFe RTE certification, PMP, or CSM/CSPO
